Steve and Janyce Hill are vintage enthusiasts, ballroom dancers and lovers of the eclectic.  

A chance encounter with a news story in 2022 launched us on a surprising and unexpected path.   

There is no true final destination.   The twists and turns continue as the challenges of vintage life in Italy are navigated and lessons are learned through experience. To blend traditional Italian culture with modern American sensibilities is no easy task. 

It is an honor to become the new owners and the caretakers of Villa Rampone.     Preserving the rich history of the site, it's buildings, gardens and grounds is a responsibility we eagerly embrace.  

Here is a doorway to the past, and  a window into our transition to a part time vintage life in Italy.  We will share the charm, traditions, and timeless beauty that Italy embodies.
